Is your job stressing you Out?
We all know that in today's world,we must work. If you are born into money then work can become an choice for you. But, most of American people must work.
Do you feel stress at work? Is there an overwhelming feeling of anxieties that come over you at times on the job? If this is you then you are probably (stress out) or burned out for a different choice of words. I remember when I experienced burned out in my job of many years of Nursing. I recognized the signs that I was seeing in me. Today to many people confused the burned out or stress out with over working. There is a difference between the two.
If you do not look forward to going to work on anyday of the week and you just make excuses why you miss work, nine times out of ten you are experiencing burned out. If you go to your job and just think negative thoughts about your employment, and you can not find nothing good to say.You are burned out. By continuing to go to work under these conditions you will be stress out with everything and everyone. You just do not know why you are there any more.
Honestly start adking yourself some questions like, why am I unhappy in my job? Do I want this job anymore? I am sure you have heard the saying, don't cut off your nose sprit your face. What is it that is stressing me out? It is very important that you ask yourself these questions and others so you can pick up the pieces in your life and move on, plus get the help you need.
Make sure you give your full attention to understanding yourself and what you need to be happy in your job. Get control of the stress in your life before ut is too late. When you are stress it effects others around you and your family. So seek help from your employment, they can put in touch with the right people that can help. Your life is valuable and no job should ever get a person to the point of wanting to quite or walk off, but it does happen more often then we realized. My point is don't let stress take you of this world. Step back and refocus the plans out again.
